Posting Here - Some Tips

Welcome to the Books of Genealogical Interest Group!

Some tips for posting discussions:

1. Please use tags so others searching find your topics easily!

2. Use hyphens for multiple word tags (eg. US-Civil-War) as this site breaks up non-hyphenated tags.

3. Entitle your discussion succinctly and usefully, e.g. Wanted: (title of book); Scotland Research (or better still a specific area of the country you are researching); etc.

4. Please check to see if someone else has started a discussion on your topic so you can join in rather than begin a redundant discussion.

Thank you!
